Jeff - Operations Manager
I was born and raised in North Plains, Oregon, and graduated from Glencoe High School before earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2021. Shortly after, Dr. Wolfe asked for my assistance in opening a second Wolfe Dental location. This experience sparked a career shift, allowing me to utilize my business expertise in managing and growing the practice.
I deeply align with the values of Wolfe Dental and take pride in helping deliver exceptional care. Supporting our team and creating positive, high-quality experiences for our patients brings me a great sense of fulfillment.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors with my wife. We enjoy camping, playing pickleball, and mountain biking together. My favorite hobby is racing motorcycles at Portland International Raceway and other surrounding tracks.
Shae - operations manager - Hillsboro
Originally from St. George, UT, Shae has been part of the dental world for over half a decade. She attended Brigham Young University – ID and started as a dental assistant, where she developed a love for all things dental. She later studied at Utah College of Dental Hygiene to earn her degree. Now, as our Operations Manager at Wolfe Dental, Shae enjoys overseeing the office while still cherishing the moments she gets to see and care for her patients in person, helping them feel comfortable during every visit.
Shae and her husband enjoy spending time at home with their children and taking part in fun family activities. She loves crafts like painting, sewing, embroidery, and other creative projects. Together with her husband, she enjoys trips to the beach or the mountains. One fun fact about Shae is that she has an old soul—she still doesn’t know how to use TikTok!
Jen - Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from Seaside, OR, Jen has been in the dental field for over twenty-five years; this includes over ten years as a dental assistant and over ten years as a dental hygienist. Her favorite part of working at Wolfe Dental Hillsboro is the staff!
Jen’s husband is originally from Astoria, OR. Together, they have a daughter, a son, and a Shiba Inu named Ninja. Jen’s interests include spending time with her loved ones and traveling. She is also a competitive game player!
Erika - Treatment Coordinator
Erika has built a strong foundation in the dental field, earning her dental assisting certification from Concorde Career College in Portland. She thrives on helping patients feel at ease during their visits and enjoys guiding them through every step of their care. Her years of experience have shaped her into a trusted professional who values clear communication and patient comfort above all.
A Hillsboro, OR native who grew up in Forest Grove, Erika loves spending quality time with her children, family, and her energetic dogs. Outside of work, she’s passionate about staying active, exploring the outdoors, and diving into skincare and wellness trends. Erika also enjoys carving out quiet moments for self-care and is always eager to learn new ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Carlos - Treatment Coordinator
Carlos brings several years of hands-on experience in the dental field, with a strong focus on patient care and treatment coordination. He has developed a well-rounded understanding of dental procedures and enjoys guiding patients through their appointments with clarity and confidence. Known for his approachable demeanor, Carlos takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable while supporting them in achieving healthier smiles.
A native of Hillsboro, OR, Carlos has a creative side with a passion for writing and making music, and he also loves exploring local hiking trails. He values quality time with family and friends, and his lighthearted personality shines through in his love for silly jokes.
Paisley - Administrative Assistant
Paisley says that the best thing about her job is the people she works with, but she also likes the variety of tasks she gets to complete every day--there is always something new to learn and do! A graduate of BYU-Provo, she is the proud mom of five amazing kids and three grandkids. She also has one son-in-law and three daughters-in-law who all fit perfectly with her mob.
Outside of the office, Paisley enjoys baking, especially anything sweet. In the summer, you will find her on her paddle board, hanging out with friends, traveling, and she also dedicates a lot of time to volunteering with youth organizations.
Olivia - Marketing Coordinator
Olivia is a welcome new addition to the Wolfe Dental team! She’s a graduate of Brigham Young University and has her degree in Public Relations and Business. One of her favorite parts of working in the dental field is building strong connections within the community and creating lasting relationships with local businesses and patients. She also loves working alongside the amazing team at Wolfe Dental who make the job so much fun!
Olivia was born in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up in Eagle, Idaho, where her dad still works as an ER doctor. She comes from a family of skiers – in fact, her and her siblings were put on a pair of skis starting at five years old and haven’t stopped skiing since! She also loves hiking, camping, and traveling. Whenever she isn’t at the dental office, she loves going to the gym with her husband, reading and listening to audio books, and doing home organizing. An interesting fact about Olivia is that she grew up as a competitive gymnast and won first place on the balance beam in the Idaho state gymnastics competition in 8th grade!
