Jeff - Operations Manager

I was born and raised in North Plains, Oregon, and graduated from Glencoe High School before earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2021. Shortly after, Dr. Wolfe asked for my assistance in opening a second Wolfe Dental location. This experience sparked a career shift, allowing me to utilize my business expertise in managing and growing the practice.

I deeply align with the values of Wolfe Dental and take pride in helping deliver exceptional care. Supporting our team and creating positive, high-quality experiences for our patients brings me a great sense of fulfillment.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors with my wife. We enjoy camping, playing pickleball, and mountain biking together. My favorite hobby is racing motorcycles at Portland International Raceway and other surrounding tracks.

Shae - operations manager - Hillsboro

Originally from St. George, UT, Shae has been part of the dental world for over half a decade. She attended Brigham Young University – ID and started as a dental assistant, where she developed a love for all things dental. She later studied at Utah College of Dental Hygiene to earn her degree. Now, as our Operations Manager at Wolfe Dental, Shae enjoys overseeing the office while still cherishing the moments she gets to see and care for her patients in person, helping them feel comfortable during every visit.

Shae and her husband enjoy spending time at home with their children and taking part in fun family activities. She loves crafts like painting, sewing, embroidery, and other creative projects. Together with her husband, she enjoys trips to the beach or the mountains. One fun fact about Shae is that she has an old soul—she still doesn’t know how to use TikTok!

Jen - Registered Dental Hygienist

Originally from Seaside, OR, Jen has been in the dental field for over twenty-five years; this includes over ten years as a dental assistant and over ten years as a dental hygienist. Her favorite part of working at Wolfe Dental Hillsboro is the staff!

Jen’s husband is originally from Astoria, OR. Together, they have a daughter, a son, and a Shiba Inu named Ninja. Jen’s interests include spending time with her loved ones and traveling. She is also a competitive game player!

Abigail - Dental Hygienist

Abigail earned experience as a dental assistant and went on to graduate from Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. Born and raised in the Philippines, she has many hobbies outside of work but says fitness gets the most focus.

tess – dental hygienist

Tess brings a strong foundation in preventive care and patient education, and she has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Pacific University. She developed a passion for dentistry in high school and later discovered that dental hygiene was the perfect fit during her college studies. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable in the chair while supporting their long-term oral health through gentle, thorough care and a calm, approachable style.

Originally from State College, PA, Tess comes from a close-knit family with two sisters, a brother, and her parents. Away from dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her sister, going to the gym, and running. A fun fact about her is that she is especially skilled at baking crème brûlée, which is her signature dessert!

Courtney – dental assistant

Courtney has been in dentistry for over a decade. She attended Concorde Career College and Northwest College of Cosmetology, earning certifications in radiology, expanded functions dental assisting, expanded functions orthodontic assisting, and sealants. She also has extensive experience with CEREC crown design and fabrication. Her favorite thing about her job is working with people, building personal relationships, helping patients achieve their dream smiles, and supporting them during emergency situations to help relieve them of pain.

Originally from Forest Grove, Courtney has a small family of four, including her boyfriend, their Frenchie named Chloe, and their cat KiKi. She enjoys paddleboarding, camping, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. When she retires, she hopes to rescue and adopt senior dogs who cannot find homes and give them a comfortable and happy life.

Christian – Dental Assistant

Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Christian completed his training through Elite Dental Assisting Academy and has his Expanded Functions certification. He says that nothing beats learning and working alongside passionate professionals within a state-of-the-art practice.

Christian tends to stay busy when he isn’t working, so on the weekends, you’re bound to find him cooking, writing, practicing archery, volunteering, or reading (his favorite subjects are philosophy and mythology).

Nicole – Dental Assistant

Nicole is excited to come to work every day because she knows she’ll learn and have a chance to work with the most up-to-date technology. She has her Expanded Functions certification and is married with a French Bulldog (Charlotte) and a Manx cat (Kiera).

Sadey – Dental Assistant

Sadey is also an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and says it’s our team that makes our practice special. She believes every member is the best of the best and able to work efficiently while delivering the highest quality.

Life at home is full of cuddles for Sadey and her roommate thanks to their three dogs and one cat. They’re always taking them on walks through nature trails, and she also likes to go to the movies on the weekends.

Erika - Treatment Coordinator

Erika has built a strong foundation in the dental field, earning her dental assisting certification from Concorde Career College in Portland. She thrives on helping patients feel at ease during their visits and enjoys guiding them through every step of their care. Her years of experience have shaped her into a trusted professional who values clear communication and patient comfort above all.

A Hillsboro, OR native who grew up in Forest Grove, Erika loves spending quality time with her children, family, and her energetic dogs. Outside of work, she’s passionate about staying active, exploring the outdoors, and diving into skincare and wellness trends. Erika also enjoys carving out quiet moments for self-care and is always eager to learn new ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Carlos - Treatment Coordinator

Carlos brings several years of hands-on experience in the dental field, with a strong focus on patient care and treatment coordination. He has developed a well-rounded understanding of dental procedures and enjoys guiding patients through their appointments with clarity and confidence. Known for his approachable demeanor, Carlos takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable while supporting them in achieving healthier smiles.

A native of Hillsboro, OR, Carlos has a creative side with a passion for writing and making music, and he also loves exploring local hiking trails. He values quality time with family and friends, and his lighthearted personality shines through in his love for silly jokes.

Paisley - Administrative Assistant

Paisley says that the best thing about her job is the people she works with, but she also likes the variety of tasks she gets to complete every day--there is always something new to learn and do! A graduate of BYU-Provo, she is the proud mom of five amazing kids and three grandkids. She also has one son-in-law and three daughters-in-law who all fit perfectly with her mob.

Outside of the office, Paisley enjoys baking, especially anything sweet. In the summer, you will find her on her paddle board, hanging out with friends, traveling, and she also dedicates a lot of time to volunteering with youth organizations.

Olivia - Marketing Coordinator

Olivia is a welcome new addition to the Wolfe Dental team! She’s a graduate of Brigham Young University and has her degree in Public Relations and Business. One of her favorite parts of working in the dental field is building strong connections within the community and creating lasting relationships with local businesses and patients. She also loves working alongside the amazing team at Wolfe Dental who make the job so much fun!

Olivia was born in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up in Eagle, Idaho, where her dad still works as an ER doctor. She comes from a family of skiers – in fact, her and her siblings were put on a pair of skis starting at five years old and haven’t stopped skiing since! She also loves hiking, camping, and traveling. Whenever she isn’t at the dental office, she loves going to the gym with her husband, reading and listening to audio books, and doing home organizing. An interesting fact about Olivia is that she grew up as a competitive gymnast and won first place on the balance beam in the Idaho state gymnastics competition in 8th grade!

kirstin – Front Office

Before joining our front desk team, Kirstin worked as a sterile technician and dental assistant, so she has a wide breadth of knowledge to offer patients. Her favorite thing about her job is being the first face patients see, as it allows her to help set a positive, welcoming tone.

From Forest Grove, Kirstin has a daughter who she loves spending time with whenever she isn’t at work. She also enjoys working on house projects, tending to her plants, and anything that involves being outdoors (especially in the summer!). A fun fact about Kirstin is that she has a knack for finding four-leaf clovers!

Susie - Billing Manager

Susie has been a part of the dental world for over 25 years, and she’s spent more than half of her career in our practice. She started as a dental assistant and earned her Expanded Functions certification before assuming her current role.

Susie’s favorite thing to do is spend time on her small farm with her kids and grandkids. She loves being with them outdoors while looking after her horses, dogs, cats, and chickens.
